GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Gas and Plumbing to our public sector client based in Wath-upon-Dearne. The Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Gas and Plumbing would support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and tutoring. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience planning, delivering and assessing apprenticeships in the plumbing industry.
Main Duties of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Gas and Plumbing:
* Design, develop and deliver highly inspirational teaching sessions to learners towards the knowledge, skills and behaviours within the health standards. * Provide coaching and skills support through developmental feedback to ensure successful timely completion of End Point Assessment (EPA). * Conduct regular tripartite reviews with the apprentice line manager/mentor and apprentice to successfully complete timely EPA. * Support the development and progression of a caseload of apprentices through onsite workplace visits in the creation of showcase evidence such as observations, reflective accounts, witness testimonies, professional discussions and any further evidence to support EPA requirements, this evidence will be do...
