The Role
Support the delivery and optimisation of an always-on Lending Marketing plan that drives awareness, engagement and revenue growth across the company’s lending product portfolio.
You will play a key role in delivering data-driven campaigns, creating effective customer communications and working collaboratively across teams including Sales, Product, Analytics, Legal and external partners.
This is a hands‑on executional role suited to a proactive marketer with strong organisational skills, a customer‑centric mindset and a passion for continuous improvement through testing and optimisation.
The Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and ongoing optimisation of the always-on Lending Marketing plan aligned to business goals and revenue targets
* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s lending products to create relevant and effective marketing activity
* Plan, build and execute multi‑channel campaigns including email, SMS and direct mail communications
* Write clear, engaging and customer‑focused copy to drive response and conversion
* Use data and insights to shape targeting, segmentation and campaign strategy
* Plan and execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance and customer engagement
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse trends and produce regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Legal, Analytics, Sales and Product teams to ensure campaigns are compliant, accurate and commercially effective
* Liaise with external agencies and third‑party partners to deliver activity in line with agreed plans and timelines
* Support website and SEO content creation where required, working with the wider Marketing team
* Maintain strong project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Provide insight and recommendations to support the Head of Marketing in shaping future Lending Marketing strategy and plans
About You
* Previous experience in a marketing role (ideally campaign delivery or CRM marketing)
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
* Strong copywriting skills with experience creating customer communications
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
* Positive, proactive and solutions‑focused attitude
* Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering effective communications
Advantageous Experience
* Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms
* Exposure to financial services, lending or regulated industries
* Relevant marketing qualification or degree (desirable but not essential)
* Graphic design experience (Adobe programmes)
