You’ll be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, delivering profitable growth, and leading the execution of account strategies aligned to both customer and business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Create and deliver key account strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in line with business and customer objectives
* Own and deliver sales budgets, margin targets, and account growth plans
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within customer accounts and deliver through Joint Business Plans
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure aligned delivery of customer plans
* Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop and launch new or refreshed product ranges
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trade spend, and promotional activity within agreed parameters
* Drive continuous improvement by challenging ways of working both internally and with customers
* Support development of talent, succession planning, and team capability within the wider commercial function
About you
* Degree calibre with strong commercial and business acumen
* Proven experience in FMCG account management (typically 5+ years)
* Strong track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships
* Experience of leading customer strategies and Joint Business Planning
* Confident in commercial negotiations including pricing and trade investment
* Strong leadership capability, with experience managing or influencing others
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong cross-functional understanding and ability to work collaboratively
* A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge, innovate, and drive change
