Description The Guinness Partnership is looking to recruit a Senior Rent, Service Charge & Customer Accounts Officer to join a busy thriving team where customer service and a hard-working attitude will be key. About the role We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Rent, Service Charge & Customer Accounts Officer to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. You will manage complex caseload and liaise with key stakeholders to deliver timely and effective services. You will collaborate with others to prevent & reduce debt and deliver value for money, whilst acting as a subject matter expert to support colleagues and training. What we’re looking for We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only have experience of delivering high quality services in a customer focused environment, but you’ll also have good knowledge of appropriate legislation and best practice of social housing rent.
