We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. The role is likely to be based in two different classes from Year 1 to Year 3 (a day in each) – however this is subject to change. You will be an effective classroom practitioner who can motivate pupils and is committed to working in partnership with pupils, staff and parents. You will be enthusiastic, with high expectations of attainment, achievement and behaviour, with the understanding and ability to meet a wide range of pupil needs. You will be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible education for our children. We are looking for a teacher who: is warm and approachable with effective classroom skills that nurture and promote excellent working relationships with pupils embraces our whole school values of respect, perseverance and compassion enjoys being part of a supportive team, who thrive on collaboration, and take a proactive role within it is confident with a clear and consistent approach to behaviour management is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for each individual child has a good understanding of the curriculum and how this fits into the whole school picture is able to plan creatively to invigorate and engage our learners responding to their needs is able to work collaboratively with other class teachers to ensure consistency and continuity for pupils across the week has a good understanding of learning behaviours and the ability to inspire a love of learning has a good sense of humour and a positive outlook.
