Our client, a professional corporate business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a capable Finance Assistant to support their busy finance function on a temporary basis.
📍 Work Arrangement:
* Temporary role, immediate start
* Full‑time hours (Monday-Friday)
* Office‑based role in the City of London 🏙️
💰 Hourly Rate:
* £15-18 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with day‑to‑day transactional duties, including:
* Purchase & Sales Ledger support
* Processing invoices and managing finance queries
* Bank reconciliations and cash allocation
* Assisting with month‑end processes
* Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
* General finance administration and ad‑hoc support
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in a Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator role
* Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
* Detail‑focused, organised, and proactive
* Confident using Excel and finance systems
* Available at short notice and able to hit the ground running
