Senior Health & Protection Consultant - Scotland
Join us at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) as a Senior Health & Protection Consultant. This hybrid role will be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen office and requires working at least three days per week in the office.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business. Work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed account plans.
What you need to have:
* In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge (essential).
* Financial and Commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
* Consulting and relationship management skills.
* Technical, product and process knowledge.
* Inter‑personal, communication and time management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
