Rate: £89 to £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Your Mission
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll provide advanced classroom support, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning experiences. You’ll help students overcome barriers to learning and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Be Doing as Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Deliver targeted support to students, including small group and one-to-one interventions.
* Assist in planning and implementing differentiated learning activities.
* Support students with additional needs, including SEN, EAL, and behavioural challenges.
* Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials.
* Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute to school life through participation in activities and events.
What You Bring to the Table as Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to student support.
* Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
