You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand story through exciting, social-first video content that speaks to candidates, clients, and our internal community. The Role: Video Content Creator You’ll be hands on in filming, editing, and producing content that grabs attention and tells powerful stories. From TikTok clips to YouTube series, from branded campaigns to internal projects, no two days will be the same. Your role will include: Filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for TeacherActive, My-Progression, and our social channels. Repurposing long-form content into engaging short clips tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Creating thumbnails, branded assets, and motion graphics to boost reach and engagement. Working with our design team to keep visuals sharp and on-brand.Researching trends and experimenting with new formats to keep us ahead of the curve.Supporting internal and external campaigns with your creative expertise. Organising and managing content libraries to keep everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who’s creative, tech-savvy, and bursting with ideas. If you’re passionate about social first content and know how to turn concepts into engaging video stories, we want to hear from you. Key skills and experience: Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut). Confident using camera, lighting, and sound equipment. Strong storytelling and scripting ability. Awareness of social platform formats and analytics. Collaborative mindset with great communication skills. Experience creating multi-channel marketing content. Knowledge of YouTube analytics and video SEO. Skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or motion graphics.
