Are you an experienced Office and Accounts Executive looking for a hands on role in a varied business environment. We're working with a privately owned multi-faceted group that provides a diverse array of services to the construction industry based in Thirsk.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process all supplier invoices, match delivery tickets and enter onto EQUE2 Construct and SAGE
2. Follow up on disputed invoices and liaise with suppliers
3. Customer Invoicing
4. Collate all timesheets from various sites and subcontractor invoices, complete a weekly summary and liaise with accounts department
5. Provide key accounts and finance support to a busy and expanding division
6. Manage Groundworks customer service queries and following up on any outstanding customer cares for clients on a weekly basis
7. Collate monthly stock checks from all sites
Requirements
8. Experience of SAGE Line 50
9. Knowledge of Eque2 Construction software is advantageous
10. Location - Thirsk Office based
11. Proven experience in a similar finance role is desirable and experience within the Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Construction sectors is preferable
