The Team
Youll be joining a small, close-knit internal team of three, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a practical and collaborative working environment.
The Role
In this role, you will coordinate the activities of three service engineers based in the UK, Germany, and China.
Youll use your hands-on machine-tool background to assist customers in troubleshooting and problem-solving either by phone or email. For complex issues, you will be able to seek support and advice from your colleagues in manufacturing, software, electrical, and controls, working jointly to ensure our customers machines remain operational.
Training will be given on our internal systems however you must be confident using computer systems to manage service requests, produce quotations, and communicate technical matters by email.
