Role Description
Kemsley’s Property Management Team is on the look-out for Property Manager to join their successful Chelmsford office dealing with a mixed portfolio locally and across the UK. Experienced and more junior candidates will be considered for this office based role. A strong work ethic, commercial attitude and driving licence are important. This is an opportunity to develop your career at a long-established firm with a strong regional brand.
Qualifications
 * Experience in lease administration, lease negotiations, and handling leases
 * Strong property management skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
 * Some property experience essential (can be from other sectors)
 * Relevant professional qualifications in property management are desirable but not essential.
In addition, we also require a graduate surveyor or junior property manager looking to gain property management experience. APC training and support is offered. Kemsley LLP have an enviable track record in candidates passing the APC at the first attempt.
