Overview A well-established, values driven financial planning firm with offices across multiple locations is entering an exciting phase of growth. We are looking for a capable and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our clients, dynamic team. This is far more than an administrative position, it’s a key role at the heart of the client experience, with real opportunity to help shape the way the business grows with great opportunities to develop your career Responsibilities As a Client Relationship Executive, your key responsibilities will include: * Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, providers, and third parties. * Meeting Coordination: Book and prepare client review meetings within appropriate timescales, ensuring all materials are accurate and organised. * Client Reception: Welcome clients and visitors to our practice in a professional, approachable, and friendly manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience. * Financial Administration:Manage financial documentation, administrative processes, and documentation via applicable platforms and systems with accuracy and efficiency. * Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and update client records in compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and external audit standards. * Adviser Support: Collaborate with advisers to provide administrative support for client advice and reporting, contributing to outstanding service delivery. * Continuous Improvement: Embrace opportunities to enhance current processes and participate in team discussions and initiatives for ongoing improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively. * Strong organisational abilities, with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. * Proficiency in financial administration and managing regulated documentation within specific time-sensitive frameworks. * High proficiency with platforms, systems, and technology for financial record-keeping and data entry. * An ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Desirable: * Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar sector. * A passion for creating an outstanding client experience with a customer-centric approach. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in financial services.
