Job Responsibilities
1. Attend promptly and efficiently to guests in a professional manner.
2. Update guest details using Guest History.
3. Action diary events, flags, and specials.
4. Manage guest mail, messages, and parcels.
5. Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding rooms and lost property.
6. Use daily worksheet effectively.
7. Ensure accurate account postings and paperwork.
8. Perform cashiering balances at shift end.
9. Maintain security procedures and report hazards.
10. Handle complaints promptly.
11. Participate in meetings and training.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
13. Provide a proper welcome to callers and guests.
14. Complete audit tasks as per the Night Auditor's checklist.
15. Respond quickly to incoming calls.
16. Distribute reports and handle cash and credit transactions.
17. Assist staff inquiries and seek help if needed.
18. Manage wake-up calls and shift handovers.
19. Report any shift issues to management.
20. Follow grooming, performance, conduct, safety, and policy standards.
21. Perform other tasks such as conference setup and cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
* English speaking proficiency.
* Open-mindedness and ability to work with diverse cultures.
* Problem-solving skills and follow-up capabilities.
* Proactivity, versatility, guest focus, and ambition.
* Previous Front Office experience.
* Good listening skills.
