Day to day duties as a New Homes Sales Negotiator:
Negotiate deals and close sales with clients
Generate leads and provide insight to interested parties.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide ongoing support throughout the purchase period until successful handover.
What they are looking for:
2-5 years of New Homes Sales Experience
Knowledge of the local area
Experience of the complete sales process from initial interest to handover of a new home.
In return they are offering:
25,000 - 30,000 basic + commission (OTE of up to £65,000)
On-site parking
28 days holiday including bank holidays
