As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Self-Employed Estate Agent to join our high-performing team. As a Self-Employed Estate Agent with Benjamin Stevens powered by eXp, you are responsible for managing your own property portfolio while benefiting from the support, branding, and technology of one of the UK’s leading hybrid estate agency networks. Operating as an independent business owner, you deliver a personalised, high-quality estate agency service to clients across your chosen territory. Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Prospect and generate new valuation leads through networking, local marketing, social media, and community engagement. • Client Relationship Management : Provide exceptional, bespoke service to vendors and buyers from initial contact through to completion. • Valuations & Instructions: Conduct market appraisals, offer pricing advice, and secure new property instructions. • Marketing Properties : Prepare high-quality listings, organise photography, write compelling descriptions, and promote homes across major property portals and social channels. • Sales Progression: Manage offers, negotiate between buyers and sellers, liaise with solicitors, and ensure smooth progression through to completion. • T erritory Management: Build your personal brand within your chosen area, becoming the local expert and first point of contact for residential property needs. • Use of eXp & Benjamin Stevens Tools: Leverage advanced CRM systems, lead-generation technology, training resources, and marketing support provided by the network. • Compliance & Professional Standards: Maintain required accreditations, adhere to industry regulations, and uphold the Benjamin Stevens service standard.
