As an Employee Relations Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business on all matters of employee relations. From managing high-impact change processes to navigating sensitive cases, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, and legal teams to deliver fair, compliant, and commercially smart outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on all aspects of collective consultation, including engagement with employee representatives and trade unions.
2. Design and support large-scale redundancy and organisational restructuring programmes across multiple business areas.
3. Provide expert advice and oversight on complex grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters.
