Responsibilities
* Drive sponsorship revenue across the company’s portfolio of high-impact events.
* Build long-term relationships with leading tech companies, aligning their brand with exclusive summits and thought leadership opportunities.
* Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and foster high-value long-term partnerships.
* Market Research: Identify and qualify prospective sponsors, targeting decision-makers in tech and cybersecurity sectors.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor to maximise ROI.
* Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to each prospect’s goals, showcasing the value of partnering with EDS Brands.
* Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive growth.
* Collaboration: Work with marketing and production teams to align sponsorship packages with event content and ensure premium sponsor exposure.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years of experience in sponsorship or B2B sales, preferably within technology or events industries.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
* Understanding of the B2B technology and cybersecurity landscape (a plus).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for persuasive presentations.
