Senior Team Leader (Cleaning)
Location: Selby College
Salary: £26,538 to £27,889 full time equivalent (£17,931 to £18,843 actual salary)
Hours: 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
As a Senior Team Leader in Cleaning you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and allocate duties to cleaning staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Monitor attendance, arrange cover when required, and ensure consistent service delivery
* Carry out regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained
* Manage cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate stock levels and placing orders as needed
Qualifications
* COSHH awareness, or willingness to undertake
* A Health and Safety qualification or willingness to undertake
* First Aid at Work, or willingness to undertake
* A good level of Maths and English
