Overview
Our client is a small but dynamic design-oriented interior design practice based in the heart of Cambridge. With a focus on innovative projects, they are building their architectural services portfolio and seeking a skilled Architect to join their creative team. The firm prides itself on its collaborative approach and boasts a strong reputation for delivering high-quality designs to a diverse range of clients, predominantly in residential or education schemes but also commercial kitchens, laboratories and offices.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects through all RIBA stages, with a focus on seeing them from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality interior design and architectural solutions.
* Maintain effective communication with clients and consultants and build strong working relationships.
* Ensure project delivery aligns with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years post Part 3 experience.
* Background in residential or education schemes.
* Proficiency in CAD software.
* Experience with Listed Building work is desirable.
* Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Ideally located close to Cambridge with a valid driving license and access to a car.
