Join to apply for the Service Lead role at Cornerstone. Our Dundee team is expanding and looking for an experienced Health & Social care professional to take on a permanent full-time position (39 hours per week).
Responsibilities
* Provide coaching and mentoring to Housing Support teams in Dundee as part of a supportive management team.
* Lead services to ensure delivery of high-quality support and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with fellow Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch to ensure consistency and sharing of good practice.
* Take on Registered Manager responsibilities as part of the role.
* Report to the Branch Leader and contribute to service development within the branch.
About You
It would be great if you have SCQF level 9 and PDA in management, though this is not a deal-breaker. We are committed to developing our colleagues and will fund qualifications through our Training Academy to meet SSSC requirements.

Shift patterns
Shift patterns are typically Monday–Friday, with possible evenings and weekends depending on service needs.
