Our client is an award-winning hospitality and leisure business operating a high-quality estate in the Lake District, offering luxury hotel and self-catering accommodation, along with fitness, leisure, spa, restaurant and bar facilities.
They are now seeking a People Business Partner Employee Relations to join their established People team. This is a key role focused on supporting managers and employees across a busy and customer-focused environment, ensuring employee relations matters are handled with professionalism, consistency and care.
This opportunity would suit an HR professional with strong ER case management experience, a sound understanding of employment law, and the confidence to work closely with line managers in a fast-paced operational setting.
