Head of Promotions - Music Festivals

As Head of Promotions, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading teams of promoters to drive revenue growth, audience expansion, and brand positioning. This strategic role requires expertise in event curation, ticketing, pricing, sponsorship, and multi-market expansion.
Experience Requirements:
* 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing, with a proven track record of profitable scaling
* Experience managing multi-city or international event portfolios
* Data-driven ticketing and pricing strategy expertise
* Strong industry relationships with talent agencies, ticketing platforms, and brand partners
* Leadership experience managing high-performing teams across regions
* Financial acumen including P&L management, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization
* Experience with major promotion companies or leading independents
* Understanding of sponsorship integration and brand activations
* Experience expanding brands into new markets or launching festivals
* Knowledge of global music trends and emerging audiences

* Maximizing profitability through strategic forecasting and pricing

* Works with brand and sponsorship teams
* Secures partnerships and sponsorships
* Develops marketing and promotional strategies
Market Positioning & Industry Leadership:
* Represents the company at industry events
* Understands consumer behaviour and trends
* Balances vision with execution
* Uses analytics for decision-making
* Negotiates top-tier talent and partnerships
* Scales brands across regions
* Manages risks and challenges
* Collaborates across teams
