Organise data for OBSL to deliver the required learning and development programmes for all staff. The Behaviour Technician will be expected to work within a multi professional framework, managing a defined case load of adult service users, within the boundaries set out by the OBSL & service managers responsible for the service users care delivery. Working within the framework of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS), the post holder will be involved in the assessing, coaching, planning, and implementing support plans in a holistic manner, under supervision from the OBSL. The post holder must be able to work in partnership with staff at all levels and have excellent communication skills. The ability to travel throughout Wales is essential which may involve frequent overnight stays. Your skills and experience will include: ? Ability to communicate on a range of topics relevant to the Health and Social Care sector. Ability to coach and mentor staff and managers on recording data. Able to use Microsoft software and data base applications effectively. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Committed to self-development.
