We are seeking a Billing & Income Team member to join our dynamic and multi-skilled team. This role is vital in supporting billing and cash collection activities for Retailers, Developers, NAVs, and other non-household customers within the AWS region.
With responsibility for ensuring the accurate collection of revenues—amounting to approximately £440 million annually—you will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, monitoring cash collection performance, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

What does it take to be a Customer and Operational Services Team Member?
* Proficient in SAP
* Proficientwith allMicrosoftOffice products-including the use ofVLOOKUP&pivot tables
* Customerserviceand financialexperience(preferably business to business)
* Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to discuss matters such as payment resolution&debt chasing
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* The desire tosolve problems, improve processes and deliver efficiencies
* Ability toworkindependently andas part of the team
