But more recently, they have been diversifying and have started to move into PRS and developer lead schemes, one such scheme in Bolton is a true flagship project for ANY business and will deliver 400 apartments and hotel units over many types of build with high-rise elements involved
Yes, they have already been through a thorough recruitment process which does mean we’ve narrowed down who they’re looking for.
It’s most likely someone from a contractor background rather than a PLC housing background, someone likely architecturally or design focused who is procedurally determined and can roll that out and someone who is up-to-date with the Building Safety Act.
As a Head Of Technical, that person will also be proficient with structural, engineering and drainage aspects, too.
