About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our growing team. You will provide expert advice and financial planning services to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver tailored financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication

3. Prepare suitability reports and ensure compliance with FCA regulations

4. Keep up-to-date with financial markets and product developments

5. Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administration support

Requirements:

6. Diploma or higher-level financial planning qualification (DipFA, Cert CII or equivalent)

7. FCA registration or ability to register

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Proven experience in financial advice or a related role

10. Client-focused with excellent organisational skills
