What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
* Respond to incoming queries promptly and efficiently, providing expert assistance with technical and software-related questions via email and phone.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring information is accurate before passing it to the HR team for further support.
* Engage new customers with enthusiasm, guiding them through their SafeHR journey and showcasing the value of the service during onboarding calls.
* Serve as the eyes and ears for the development team, identifying and reporting bugs, issues, and customer feedback to help improve products.
* Collaborate with your team, share insights and knowledge to continuously improve software and processes, and enhance customer service.

* Outstanding communication skills—confidently engage with customers via phone and email, delivering clear and helpful support.
* Keen attention to detail—ensure accuracy in every interaction and pass on key details without missing a beat.
