About the Role: As a Quality Administrator, you will be a vital part of the Quality team, the successful candidate will assist in the documentation, implementation, and monitoring of quality systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, BRC, FDA, ISO 22000) ?? Salary : £13.00 an hour Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update quality documentation including procedures, records, and audit reports. Support implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans, GMPs, and other food safety protocols. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating audit activities. Record and track non-conformances, corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), and customer complaints. Coordinate the collection and logging of samples for microbiological and quality testing. Maintain records for supplier approvals and product specifications. Compile reports and dashboards on quality metrics and audit findings. Assist in training staff on quality policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and sanitation teams to ensure compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality. Requirements: Associate or bachelors degree in food science, Microbiology, or related field Preferred 12 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment Preferred Familiarity with food safety standards such as BRC, SQF, ISO 22000, or FSMA Preferred Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
