Job title: Assistant Operations Manager, Avex Classics International (London office)
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours of work: Full time (Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:30) with occasional weekend work
Key external partners: Avex Classics International’s head office in Tokyo (ACI Tokyo), freelance producers, promoters, agents, artists, and technicians

Purpose of Role
The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) supports the Head of International Office and the Operations team in coordinating and administrating the delivery of ACI’s international productions and artist performances, ensuring high standards aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing contracts with artists and promoters in liaison with the legal department in Tokyo.
* Coordinating marketing, promotional materials, ticket analysis, and providing promotional support.
* Updating production riders with technical partners and booking/contraction of artists and staff.
* Assisting with budgets and travel logistics, including visas, work permits, and itineraries.
* Overseeing production and rehearsals, managing artist welfare, and logistical arrangements.
* Supporting accounts with invoice and expense management.
* Updating records on booking software, social media, and website; assisting with marketing materials and new production development.
The role includes other duties as assigned by line managers or ACI Tokyo.
Skills and Behaviours
* Degree or equivalent qualification; 3+ years in concert, artist, event, or production management.
* Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
* Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and fluency in Microsoft Office; experience with Overture software and marketing/PR is preferred.
* Proactive, responsible, respectful, and flexible attitude; willing to learn and develop in-house systems.
