MyFlowers Lts is an innovative flower delivery company based in London seeking a professional, reliable Flower Inventory Control Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for management of delivery and unpacking of stock (fresh flowers, chocolates, vases, teddy bears, balloons, etc.) Keep accurate recordings of all incoming goods Coordinate regular inventory audits Investigate and report all discrepancies to minimise stock loss and negatives Monitor and report on wastage or over-ordering Optimize storage organisation for maximum space utilisation, better inventory management, and faster item retrieval Requirements Previous stock management experience in wholesale or retail flower shops is a must (more than a year) Exceptional attention to detail Organised and proactive in managing tasks Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business Can lead a team & work in constant cooperation with the team lead florist and chief financial officer Good PC / Excel skills Live within commutable distance of Bermondsey (SE16 4AW) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 40 per week Benefits: Casual dress Store discount
