We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our clients growing team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to play a key role in shaping their people strategy and supporting their employees.
About the Role:
1. Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to line managers across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Handle a variety of employee relations cases, including flexible working requests, occupational health referrals, and performance management plans (supported by a junior colleague).
3. Partner with managers to develop and implement effective HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
4. Contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) projects, with the opportunity to develop expertise in this area.
5. Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, helping to create a fair and inclusive workplace for all.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
