What you'll be doing:
* Designing and delivering high-quality HV training programmes (SAP, AP, Electrical Awareness)
* Facilitating training sessions at Rosa's workshop and client sites across the UK
* Ensuring all training materials meet industry regulations and safety standards
* Maintaining and improving training tools, including simulators and assessment resources
* Collaborating with teams to develop tailored training proposals
What we want from you:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Qualified as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
* IOSH or NEBOSH certification
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational environment within the power sector
* Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and theory
