* Creating and submitting inventory orders to ensure uninterrupted supply
* Managing sample requests, stock takes, and quarterly sample counts
* Monitoring obsolete stock and supporting annual destruction processes
* Supporting S&OP meetings, SOX controls, CRP/Evergreen submissions, and audits
* Managing and reviewing vendors, including value-added and clinical homecare services
* Assisting with budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and cost-efficiency initiatives
* Contributing to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

* Experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry, ideally within supply chain (manufacturer or 3PL)
* Degree-educated
* Strong Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, analytical, and solution-focused
* Experience with clinical homecare is an advantage

Why Join?

* A broad, varied role with genuine responsibility and visibility
* Exposure to commercial, finance, quality, and operational teams
* Opportunities for continuous professional development
