Description About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agri professional with knowledge of Artificial Breeding (AB) and with previous supervisory/management experience to lead and support the delivery of our AB service across New Zealand. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the primary sector, backed by the expertise of a global organisation. This is a national role so the ability to travel for up to 8 weeks during the course of the year is required to support training schools and the delivery of our AB service. Key Responsibilities: Technician training and ongoing supervision Compliance & Quality Assurance and a focus on continuous improvement Operational Coordination including engagement with the Sales Teams Establishment of AB mating runs and allocation of resources to deliver the AB service Ensuring Health & Safety standards are adhered to Providing an exceptional customer experience that delivers value to our farmers About You: You will bring proven experience within the New Zealand dairy sector, with solid Artificial Breeding (AB) service expertise, backed by a strong understanding of seasonal production cycles and on farm dynamics. You will combine technical competence with practical industry knowledge to support high quality service delivery and performance in the field. You’ll also demonstrate: Strong self-management, planning, and organisational skills. Confidence in communicating the value of CRV’s solutions to farmers. A collaborative approach to relationship-building across teams and with customers. Proficiency in digital tools and attention to administrative detail.
