Job Description
We are a clean, science-driven skincare brand looking for an experienced researcher to source and vet micro skincare creators on Instagram.
This is a research-only role. You will NOT contact creators.
Your responsibility is to build a high-quality spreadsheet of vetted creators who match our target audience and demonstrate authentic engagement.
We are looking for someone who already has experience identifying real vs fake engagement and can quickly spot strong creator profiles.
Responsibilities
• Find Instagram skincare creators using hashtags, Reels search, and related discovery methods
• Review profiles and verify authentic engagement and audience quality
• Add qualified creators to a Google Sheet
• Deliver 80–100 vetted creators per batch
Creator Requirements
Creators must meet ALL of the following:
• 1k–25k followers
• Post skincare routines regularly (very important)
• Speak on camera OR use voiceover in videos
• Audience primarily women ages 25–45
• Creator's audience mainly located in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
• Demonstrate real engagement (conversational comments, not bots)
Data to Collect in Spreadsheet
• Name
• Instagram handle
• Follower count
• Average Reel views
• Email (if listed)
• Country (if available)
• Notes on content style and audience fit
Required Experience
Must have prior experience sourcing and vetting influencers or UGC creators.
You should already know how to identify real vs fake engagement and spot low-quality or inflated accounts.
