Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Mon – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service to manage requests and issues, as well as involvement in dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
2. Accurately input information into the service management system.
3. Raise customer quotes as appropriate and obtain purchase orders from customers for chargeable jobs.
4. Regularly check the progression of jobs to ensure service level agreements are met.
5. Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
6. Actively work towards department KPIs and company goals.
7. Comply with the company’s business procedures (ISO).
8. Log information into external customer portals as required.
9. Monitor and manage all mailboxes as required.
10. Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring the use of appropriate skill levels and compliance with H&S policies.
11. Arrange travel and hotel accommodations, maintaining good cost practices.
12. Raise job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company database.
13. Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
14. Communicate with engineers regarding upcoming work schedules.
15. Maintain constant feedback with the team leader to ensure effective scheduling.
