Job Description
3. Manage the diary and schedule of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
4. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
5. Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
6. Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff.
7. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
9. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
10. Provide ad hoc administrative support as required by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within either a not for profit or housing association is a must
12. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Experience in supporting senior management in a professional environment.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
