We are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a proactive Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their busy and friendly conveyancing team based in Kent. The role covers a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including:
· Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
· Transfers of equity, remortgages
· Lease renewals, landlord & tenant work
· Refinancing, business sales/acquisitions
· Utilities agreements & development support
· Managing files from instruction to completion
Requirements:
· Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
· Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
· Highly organised, with excellent client care and communication skills
· Business development experience is a plus
