With over 20 years of experience in the industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted team dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions on a variety of domestic & commercial projects across Sussex. What You’ll Do: Assist in the installation of renewable energy systems, including solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV charging solutions Support experienced fitters, electricians and plumbers on-site at both residential and commercial properties Up and down scaffolding, collecting tools and materials for the team Help prepare tools, equipment and materials for each project Always follow on-site health and safety procedures Work confidently at height and in outdoor environments (full training provided) Provide excellent service and communication to customers Travel to various job sites across the region as part of a mobile team What You Bring: A genuine passion for sustainability and the renewable energy sector A strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the business Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills A focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction Previous labouring or construction experience is advantageous Personal Profile: Physically fit and healthy - this is an active, hands-on role Comfortable working at height and in all weather conditions Keen to develop a long-term, practical career in renewable energy A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential Any relevant experience or qualifications in construction work would be an advantage Salary & Benefits: Depending on experience Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00 Internal & external training provided 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Guaranteed growth industry Friendly, supportive team within a family-run company with strong values Uniform and all PPE provided Pension contribution Horsham Ready to begin a rewarding career in a future-focused industry with a company that values quality, the environment, and its people?
