Welding Trainer Antrim Permanent Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm Gentech are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Antrim who are currently recruiting a Welding Trainer, supporting the Training Manager. You dont need to have formal training experiencejust a wealth of welding knowledge and the desire to share it! Duties Support the Training Manager in all aspects of training, from planning to execution. Maintain training records and ensure compliance across the department. Upskill existing operators to foster continuous development and growth. Assist in creating, updating, and distributing work instructions and single-point lessons to keep training materials relevant and effective. Contribute to health & safety validation and sign-offs as required. Provide daily feedback on operator progress to supervisors and cell leaders. Support additional upskilling and development tasks as needed. Essential Time Served Welder Ability to read and interpret spec sheets drawings. A natural communicator and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Office and email skills, plus strong organizational and administrative abilities.
