Role Responsibilities
• Assisting the Site Manager with daily school operations
• Conducting routine maintenance, minor repairs and safety checks
• Supporting site security, opening/closing procedures and inspections
• Liaising with contractors and overseeing works on site
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the school buildings
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in caretaking, maintenance or facilities desirable
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Strong practical/DIY skills
• Reliable, punctual and proactive
Salary
Paid to local government support staff scale.
