Graduate Administrator Altrincham c£25,000 - £28,000 doe Our client who are based in Altrincham are looking for a confident administrator to join their team based in a prime Altrincham location. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients who use the specialist service our client provides * Processing work orders and assigning consultants in adherence with client budgets * Updating various systems such as Salesforce, ERP and other project trackers * Managing invoices and purchase orders * Ensuring that expense receipts and documents are correct for client invoicing purposes * Monitoring billing and ensuring that payments are made and recorded correctly * Liaising with clients and internal staff to resolve any queries You will be a recent graduate, or have a degree coupled with experience in an office setting.
