About the Role
Here, at Barton Clough Primary we recognise the value of effective teamwork, and our Teaching Assistants are very much part of both our class teams and the wider school community. Their input forms an integral part of our provision and is valued by all staff, including the Senior Leadership Team.
Duties include assisting the teacher to provide care and support for pupils, to support learning through planned and differentiated activities, preparation of an effective learning environment, and promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils.
You will have a dynamic, exceptional, and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all our pupils
Previous experience in a school setting, in Early Years would be beneficial but is not essential, however the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they can engage with all our pupils and build positive relationships.
