1. Qualification & Experience
* Must be a qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate (England & Wales).
* Minimum of 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a recognised area of law.
* Demonstrated ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
2. Client Base & Business Development
* Must have an established client following or a strong ability to generate new business.
* Strong networking and relationship management skills to build long-term client partnerships.
3. Financial Arrangement
* Standard fee-share split as per firm policy.
* Incentive:
An additional
5% fee-share uplift
will be awarded
4. Compliance & Professional Standards
* Adherence to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards and firm compliance policies.
* Commitment to high professional and ethical standards in all client dealings.
5. Working Style
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
* Flexible working arrangements – ability to work remotely or from firm offices.
* Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
6. Technology & Administration
* Comfortable using case management systems and digital tools.
* Ability to manage billing, record-keeping, and file management in line with firm processes.
