Microsoft 365 IT Trainer
Join us as a Microsoft 365 IT Trainer, empowering staff, driving innovation, and shaping the future of work across Tunbridge Wells, Swale, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, and Maidstone Borough Councils.
What You’ll Do
* Design and deliver tailored training programs across the M365 suite, with a focus on core applications.
* Promote best practices and innovative ways of working using M365 tools.
* Build and support communities of practice to share learning and foster collaboration.
* Work closely with digital, transformation, and ICT teams to guide staff toward smarter, more efficient workflows.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in developing and delivering M365 training.
* Strong track record of driving technology adoption and measuring impact.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities and features.
* Excellent communication skills – able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
