VANRATH are delighted to be supporting the recruitment for a Customer Service Administrator for a market leader in the engineering sector.

The main purpose of this position is to act as the main point-of-contact for all customers, answering all queries regarding the company's products and services face to face or in writing, as appropriate.
About you
5. 2+ years' technical customer service experience
6. High level attention to detail
7. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
8. Excellent organisational skills
What you'll do
9. Work closely with the Business Development Manager's, Agents and Aftermarket service to produce quotations for the customer
10. Entering customer orders & providing an order acknowledgement emails to the customer
11. Follow up with Customers at each stage of contract - to keep updated
12. Check that all customer purchase orders and contracts meet the agreed terms & conditions, including pricing and delivery terms
13. Maintain CRM system
14. Input data into the order management system
