We are seeking an experienced Freelance Content Writer with a background in medical content writing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling blog posts that are both informative and optimised for SEO. This role requires a deep understanding of men's health issues and the ability to translate complex medical information into accessible, reader-friendly content.
Responsibilities:
* Write high-quality, original content for our blog focusing on men's health topics.
* Research and fact-check all given topics extensively to ensure accuracy.
* Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to align blog content with brand strategy and SEO goals.
* Edit and revise existing content based on analytic feedback.
* Use a variety of formats, including how-to guides, Q&As, informative articles, and long-form content.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a content writer or similar role with a portfolio of published articles.
* Proven track record of SEO optimised articles with evidence of results
* Strong understanding of medical and health content, particularly in men's health.
* Experience with SEO and the ability to optimise content to rank and convert.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
* Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous, but experience and skill are paramount.
