What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor and grow a small design team.
* Deliver elegant, user-centred product experiences across web and mobile.
* Champion UX and UI best practices, from research through to polished design.
* Oversee and evolve our Design System and reusable UI patterns.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years’ hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong digital portfolio.
* Expert in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe CS) and user research methods.
* Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating design vision.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for great design.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and able to balance user needs with business goals.
