Job Title: Night Operations Lead Location: Sevenoaks, TN14 Type: Permanent Industry: Operations Salary: £36.5kpa plus excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking a Night Operations Lead for our client in Sevenoaks, TN14 on a permanent basis. As a Night Operations Lead, you will manage a small team of workers and be fully responsible for all activities and compliance on site during your shift. Reporting directly into the transport and distribution centre manager you will be required to produce an accurate shift report and handover. This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: · To ensure that all teams with the operations manage the allocation of stock and deliver 100% fulfilment to clients · Ensure near miss and dispensing incidents are reported in line with regulations to internal departments · To manage the support of internal queries to ensure that they are resolved and returned to the dispensing process before daily cut offs · To track, monitor and manage individuals against clearly identified KPI’s and documentation of all people entering and leaving the site · Documentation of any abnormalities relating to stock · Reporting of any adverse events during the drivers routes and deliveries · To ensure SOP’s are reviewed in line with company time frames and documentation of all people entering and ...
